Charles Mays

Key Experience: Charles responsibilities include working with trusted advisors to evaluate, develop, and implement property and personal lines programs for their affluent clientele.

Charles has 19 years of experience in the insurance industry. He started as a claims adjuster for Safeco Insurance Company in Los Angeles, CA where he resolved property & casualty losses. He also specialized in field negotiations and served as a Catastrophe Loss Expert, traveling to various parts of the country to settle large disaster claims (riots, firestorm, hailstorm, etc.). He relocated to New York in 1993 and worked for several of the largest Manhattan brokers, including Frenkel & Co., Wells Fargo and Marsh Private Client Services, specializing in servicing high net worth individuals.
