With more than twenty years of risk management experience, Audrey Murray specializes in risk assessment, program design and implementation, and alternative risk financing - particularly for large, complex risks with international exposures. Ms. Murray previously worked in the chemical, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, medical device and healthcare industries with The Cooper Companies, Inc., where she was Vice President of Risk Management. It was there, during the 1980s and 90s, where she gained extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions from the perspective of both the acquiring and divesting company. She also has experience as a Vice President for Marsh, where she managed high tech, biotech, managed care and long term care accounts. Ms. Murray holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of San Francisco.
