Elizabeth Sennett has more than fifteen years of employee benefits insurance industry experience, focused on alternative risk financing and client management. She specializes in the design of comprehensive and competitive packages of employee benefits, creation, monitoring and evaluating self-funded programs, and strategies for employee communications. Prior to joining Equity Risk Partners, Ms. Sennett was Area Vice President for Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. She also has served as Director of Product Marketing for BenefitPoint, a CRM in the employee benefits space.

Ms. Sennett currently serves as President of the Northern California Chapter of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists (ISCEBS). She holds a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation. Ms. Sennett is a Cum Laude graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) with College Honors, and also holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley.
